Returns & Exchanges

At 100 Thieves, we strive for excellence in every garment, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items may be ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse verifies the inspection.
